5 Minute Cilantro-Sesame Dressing (Paleo, nut free, low fodmap)

Use this as a salad dressing, stir fry topping, or veggie-dipper. It's delicious and it only takes 5 minutes!


-1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

-1/2 cup cilantro, packed tightly

-2 tbs tahini

-2 tbs coconut aminos

-1 tbs lime juice

-1/2 tbs apple cider vinegar

-1/2 tbs honey (optional)

-1/2 tsp ground ginger

-1/2 tbs garlic infused olive oil (optional)

-1/4 tsp sea salt

-1/4 cup water (add more or less for your desired thickness)


1. Using a high-powdered blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Easy peasy! This recipe makes multiple servings. Enjoy!
